Please review the following information regarding refunds and cancellations.

Our Policy

Lessons

The full fee is payable for cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

For cancellations more than 72 hours prior to the appointment time, you will either receive a full refund, or the fee will go towards your next lesson.

Workshops

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a refund of fees paid less $20 administration fee.

For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the workshop, the total fee is non-refundable.

COVID-19

Please do not attend your in-person lesson, class or workshop if:

you are unwell
have cold or flu-like symptoms
have received a positive result from a PCR or RAT
you are a close contact of someone who has COVID-19
